WARRANTY & CERTIFICATION
All the motorcycles featured on Reown are serviced using only genuine Royal Enfield parts. Our Reown warranty is only limited to engine and transmission parts, and our service network is present across India.

RETURN
If not satisfied, you can return the motorcycle within 7 days of purchase, The right to accept or reject the motorcycle is reserved with the dealer. Motorcycle is subject to the conditions mentioned in the return policy.
PAYMENT & DELIVERY
All payment modes are available for you to choose from according to your convenience.
The delivery process followed for your used motorcycle is the same as when delivering a brand-new motorcycle. The delivery is also done at your doorstep making it hassle-free for you, Check with your dealer for doorstep delivery.
OWNERS'S TRANSFER
We take a maximum of 90 days for the name transfer and completion of other transfer formalities. These charges are included in the final price of the motorcycle. While the transfer is in process, It is the responsibility of the user to follow the traffic norms in order to avoid any penalty.
HOME DELIVERY
The delivery is done at your doorstep making it hassle-free for you. Please check with the Royal Enfield dealer for the home delivery eligibility for your location. Extra charges may be applicable depending on the delivery location..
INSURANCE
If you want to avail of Insurance, Reown can do it for you. Do note that it is the owner’s responsibility to transfer the insurance in their name post the RC transfer.
